JaxFund (formerly Arizae) transfers $220K to our partners on the ground in Ukraine

As of today, JaxFund (formerly Arizae Foundation) transferred $220K to our partners on the ground in Ukraine in 4 tranches. $50K, $30K, $99K, and $41K. (We send the money when we have a sum large enough to wire.)

Here is the update on how your donations are being used so far:

  • Created 7 fully equipped shelters in Western Ukraine - Over the last 20 days, 1000 beds have served and fed more than 6500 displaced Ukrainian people.

  • Delivered 100 tons of medical supplies to those in need in Kharkiv and Kyiv and the Lviv Military Hospital.

  • Transported humanitarian aid - Arranged for trucks and drivers to transport humanitarian aid to the cities under attack, including Konotop, Chernihiv, Kharkiv (four carloads), Mariupol (four carloads), Irpin, Bucha, & Kramatorsk.

  • Provided supplies to defenders - We provided 200 bulletproof vests and helmets, 13 night vision systems, 14 thermal visors, 11 patrol drones, tactical clothes, shoes, flashlights, sleeping bags, and more.

  • Protected critically important IT infrastructure - Have partnered with SpaceX and ordered almost 1000 Starlink devices. The first 300 have arrived in Lviv. We're providing use and setup service for hospitals, city councils, regional administrations, and state service offices so we can help them protect essential communication infrastructure during this war.

  • Launched a new safety project VISION - Together with the National Police, we are helping to equip Lviv with security cameras and face recognition systems to detect all saboteur groups and criminals, prevent crimes and find fugitives asap.
